Aim
The aim of this five-day course is primarily to provide managers and chefs with an in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of food hygiene and to enable them to exercise management controls for the production of safe food.

Who Should Attend?
This course is recommended for chefs, supervisors, managers, senior hygiene personnel and those seeking to train others in Food Hygiene.
Examination
A controlled assignment and an examination paper (both completed under examination conditions).
Award
Successful candidates receive the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health's Level 4 Award in Food Safety Certificate. Exceptional results will be recognised by the award of a Merit or Distinction Certificate. Candidates will also be able to deliver the CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Awards (with appropriate training skills).
